  • In this three-module interactive journey, blending embodiment and art, you’re invited to reconnect with your true, powerful, and feminine body.

Embodiment is the practice of paying attention to your body, through breath, movement, and sensation, so you feel more present, grounded, and connected to yourself.

Together, we’ll explore new and intuitive ways of creative expression, accessible to everyone.

We recommend taking the three modules. However, sessions are independent of each other, and can be taken individually.

    All sessions are available online.

Welcome, Begin Blooming

This is a space created just for YOU.

Blend of Embodiment & Drawing. In the series of workshops, we weave awareness techniques, therapeutic movement, and creative expression. You’ll be invited to connect with your body in a fresh, unexplored way, touch on the history of feminine empowerment, and discover how to give form to your sensations through drawing.

The Feminine. The female body is beautiful and captivating. Every woman deserves to explore and celebrate her own. Through drawing, we can reveal not only how the body appears, but also how it feels from within. The focus of this series is on expressing your lived experience, not on creating perfect artistic results.

We guide, but you’re the Creator. You will be guided through gentle embodiment exercises and introduced to the artistic basics of the female form and its uniqueness. From there, you’ll move into practices that translate feelings and sensations onto paper.

The Journey. This path unfolds in three modules, forming a complete cycle of body and creativity. You can choose one, a few, or all — whichever truly speaks to you.

Intention and Invitation. No previous meditation, movement, embodiment, or drawing experience is needed; this evening is all about unwinding and celebrating the female body.

  • You are both the art and the artist.

The Modules

Module 1/3

Meet Your Body

SUNDAY OCT. 19 · 19-21 CET · 9-11 PST

This first module is about remembering.

Think of this as a first date with someone you’ve known your whole life yet never truly met - yourself.

Here, we slow everything down, creating space for gentle exploration and awareness of your body. Through softness you’ll begin to listen, notice, and reconnect.

From the art perspective, we’ll uncover the gap between centuries of portrayals of women and the truth of who you are, then begin to explore the kind of expression your body is calling for.

Module 2/3

Reclame The Frame

SUNDAY OCT.26 · 19-21 CET · 9-11 PST

Now we step closer, into intimacy with yourself.

This is where we meet the parts of you that may have been suppressed, neglected, or simply overlooked, and invite them into the light. We’ll explore vulnerability not as weakness, but as a source of connection and power.

We will investigate how the persistent lens of the feminine body as an object of beauty has shaped - and limited - the understanding of our own body. Creatively, we will broaden that lens to what feels alive, magnetic, and meaningful to you.

Module 3/3

The Body As Story

SUNDAY NOV. 02 · 19-21 CET · 9-11 PST

We move from awareness and vulnerability into embodied confidence.

Here, your body leads the way. You’ll be guided into your own free, primal movement practice, trusting the instincts and rhythms that arise.

From that state, you’ll channel your sensations into creative expression, making art that is entirely your own. This is where your journey comes full circle: seeing yourself, expressing yourself, and owning your place as both the art and the artist.

Meet the Hosts

Ieva Dominaite

Holistic therapist & Researcher

“A decade into my career as a researcher and strategist, I felt an irresistible pull toward the human body, especially women’s. With the intention of better understanding and supporting the ways it holds experience, identity, and change.”

With a background in psychology and digital media, I spent years immersed in research and strategy before my side passion - helping women reconnect with their bodies - grew into my main focus.

Blending formal training, certifications, and my own lived experience, I guide people through therapeutic touch and body practices to connect with their inner wisdom.

This series has been quietly brewing inside me for years, and now, with the right moment and partner, it’s ready to come to life. I believe that deep connection to the body and the unleashing of creative power are inseparable and profoundly nourishing, and I can’t wait for you to step into this journey.

Mireia Lopez

Creative, designer, anything visual

“I find the female body beautiful and captivating, however it has mostly been captured by men. It is important that all women explore and discover their own body.”

I’m a sports person at dawn, a digital designer during the day, and an artist in the evenings. Keeping active is the fuel that takes me through the day, and drawing is the soothing activity that helps me wind down and decompress.

Drawing the feminine was never a conscious decision; it emerged naturally, almost instinctively. I explore the endless interpretations of the female body and its sexuality.

I always felt there was an opportunity to connect my journey with the feminine body to self-discovery and healing. This workshop with Ieva and her therapeutic expertise is the perfect blend to navigate how we feel within our body and expressing it — ultimately a liberating experience.

It was a new experience and felt quite memorable. It allowed me to connect with my body in a different way, approaching it with care, curiosity, and other perspectives I hadn’t considered before. It was a very interesting experience.”

Guste, Lithuania

I loved the space—it gave me a new perspective, a sensation translated into something more tangible. I truly enjoyed the experience of sharing what we drew. The dynamics felt like a doorway into something big and expansive, for sure. They gave me a clearer sense of who I am as a woman today, not just the version of myself I’ve been carrying from the past.”

“I loved the idea of painting from the felt sense—turns out we place images on our energy more often than we think.

Realizing it wasn’t that hard to translate that into drawing was such a discovery.”

Fernanda, Mexico

In that moment, I wanted to get up and dance, to move, and I translated that into my drawing, which also became a powerful form of expression.”

Josefine, Spain

Things You Might Wonder

  • You'll receive a simple list of suggested materials in advance. Most will be things you already have at home (paper, pens, perhaps a quiet corner). You don’t need a studio or silence, just a space where you feel safe to be yourself for a little while.

  • You're welcome to take what calls you. Each module is designed to stand on its own, no pressure to complete the full series. Pick the fragment that speaks to you.

  • Yes. Especially then. This experience doesn’t require you to “be in touch” with your feelings—it simply invites you to show up as you are. Even a small flicker of curiosity is enough to begin.

  • Absolutely. This space is for anyone who feels called to reconnect, with themselves, their body, or their creative voice. It’s especially attuned to those navigating life in a female body or exploring a feminine path. Whether you're feeling a bit stuck, seeking a gentle spark, or simply craving space to feel, reflect, and create, you’re in the right place.

  • Not at all. No background in art, movement, or any “practice” is needed. You don’t need to be flexible, skilled, or spiritually fluent. Just bring your honest presence. This experience is about process, not performance.

  • This journey is an invitation to:

    • slow down and listen inward,

    • process what's been unspoken,

    • play and experiment without judgment,

    • reconnect with your creative instincts and emotional body.

Whether you're seeking insight, release, renewal, or a moment of stillness—this space holds room for it. It's especially nourishing for those curious about what it means to inhabit a woman’s body in a more conscious, creative way.
